• The Moving & Cleanout Limit: Covers the complete breakdown and flattening of large cardboard piles up to a total flattened stack height of 24 inches (roughly 40–50 standard boxes).
• Bin Space Optimization: Strategic packing of the cardboard into your blue recycling bin to ensure the lid can close completely.
• Next-Week Bin Staging: Because Folsom automated trucks require all trash to be inside the bin, we will neatly stack the remaining flattened boxes adjacent to your bin staging area so they can easily be placed into the bin the following week.

📋 Terms & Conditions

• Overage Policy: Piles exceeding the 24-inch limit will be flattened up to the 24-inch mark, and any remaining unflattened boxes will be stacked and left adjacent to the bin area.
• Placement Policy: Cardboard piles must be gathered close to the location of your recycle bin area by 5:00 PM on your scheduled service day.
• Contamination Policy: We only break down clean, dry cardboard boxes. Boxes containing packing peanuts, heavy styrofoam, plastic air bubbles, or household trash will not be serviced.
• Active Infestation Safety Limit: Technicians cannot handle piles with a pre-existing active infestation for basic workplace safety.
• No Commercial Waste: This service is strictly for residential purchases. We do not break down commercial shipping crates, thick pallets, or heavy-duty moving boxes.
