Welcome to Bin Valet. By purchasing a subscription or service from us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description Bin Valet provides residential waste management services in Folsom, CA. Our service includes retrieving your trash, recycling, and green waste bins from your backyard or side yard, placing them at the curb for city pickup, and returning them to their original location after pickup.
2. Subscription Plans We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the billing cycle selected at checkout.
3. Add-On Services Optional add-ons — including extra bins, extended driveway service, and additional waste pickup — are available at additional cost and may be added to your subscription at any time.
4. Cancellation Policy Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a monthly cycle.
5. Annual Plan Policy Annual plans are non-refundable. However, your plan is 100% transferable in either of the following situations:
- You move within our service area: Your remaining plan balance transfers to your new Folsom address at no charge.
- You move outside our service area: Your remaining plan balance is transferable to the new homeowner moving into your current address. Simply contact us to initiate the transfer.

6. Service Area Bin Valet currently serves Folsom, CA. Service availability is subject to change. Customers outside our service area at the time of purchase will receive a full refund.
7. Scheduling & Access Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible on scheduled service days. Bin Valet is not responsible for missed pickups due to locked gates, blocked access, or city schedule changes.
8. Liability Bin Valet is not liable for damage to bins, property, or landscaping resulting from normal service operations. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
9. Changes to Terms Bin Valet reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via email.
